What we created for:
N.I. Property Solutions
We partnered with property investors N.I. Property Solutions to help create a bespoke and dynamic brand identity for their business. The first step in our process was a brand discovery workshop uncovering what gets them out of bed in the morning (establishing their why) and how their brand can help reflect the values they stand for and the work that they do.
As part of the new identity, we developed a unique mark, inspired by the aerial elevation that architecture plans show we adapted boundary or wall marks into an icon that represents the space they work with. N.I. Property Solutions help their clients look at space differently, they get them to see the potential, therefore it was important to us that we created an identity system that was flexible. We wanted to showcase 'before' and 'after' moments, visually portraying the process that they step their clients through.
