Being a B Corp means that we operate purposefully as we live out our mantra of using clever design to have a positive influence. It means that we are putting our money where our mouth is, and are legally required to consider the impact of our decisions on our team, our clients, our community and the environment.
When we first heard about B Corp, it instantly resonated with us and how we’ve always run our studio – it puts people at the heart of what we do, and aligns with the idea that a business’ existence should give more to the world than what it takes from it. It goes hand in hand with the great place to work, great team to work with mentality that we have always championed.
Our journey to certification has been a challenging and transformative one, involving a lot of introspection, going through our policies and procedures with a fine-tooth comb to ensure they line up with our values and ethos as a creative business. The process has challenged us to become a better business, and to keep thinking deeply about how we can improve in the future, as well as continuing to influence positive change through clever design.
